3. Real Estate Professional Requirements

The Service is intended exclusively for licensed real estate professionals. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You hold a valid real estate license in your jurisdiction
• You will comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
• You will ensure proper disclosure of AI assistance to clients as required by law
• You maintain professional liability insurance as required by your licensing authority

4. User Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring accuracy of information provided to the AI assistant
• Properly configuring the AI assistant for compliance with local real estate regulations
• Reviewing and supervising AI-generated communications with clients

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any real estate laws, regulations, or professional conduct standards
• Engage in discriminatory practices prohibited by fair housing laws
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or licensing status
• Process communications outside the scope of real estate services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers

6. AI Assistant Limitations

You acknowledge and understand that:

• The AI assistant is a tool to enhance your real estate practice, not replace professional judgment
• You remain fully responsible for all client interactions and real estate transactions
• AI responses may contain errors and should be reviewed before client communication
• The Service cannot provide legal advice or replace consultation with real estate attorneys
• Local real estate laws and practices may require human oversight of AI communications

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your client data and communications. We process this data solely to provide the Service and improve AI performance for real estate applications.

8. Compliance and Professional Standards

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable real estate licensing requirements
• Follow your local MLS rules and regulations
• Maintain appropriate records as required by real estate law

9. Payment and Billing

Service fees are billed according to your selected plan. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that could harm the Service or other users. Upon termination, you may download your data for a limited period.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION OUTCOMES, CLIENT DISPUTES, OR REGULATORY VIOLATIONS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or breach of your professional obligations as a real estate licensee.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
